為瞭紀念即將到來的《網球王子》20周年公佈的新系列作品《網球王子BEST GAMES!!》，內容就是在過去TV動畫《網球王子》中描繪的眾多名場比賽中，把特別有人氣的對戰再次動畫化作為第二彈的本作，兩場精彩絕倫的雙打比賽即將再度呈現。
